Hi, do you ever feel like your body is vibrating inside? So annoying. Also, when I fall asleep (finally) I am often awakened by numbness in my arm or fingers. After I wake up and shake it out, then I try to get back to sleep.
Absolutely! I feel that a lot! I get numbness in my right arm and fingers but I think that is due to my pinched nerve in my neck. The vibrating is a common symptom of fibromyalgia, from what I understand. 🙂 You are not alone.
I did not use to have the fibrating, but now it is pretty much all the time. I feel it more when I am laying still, it is soooooooooooo annoying. Having fibro is surely not a picnic!
No it certainly is not! I get the vibrating as well. Very unnerving!
